How to Help

Your help and involvement can make a difference. A donation as small as $25 per person can assure a family food and basic supplies such as a refrigerator, a stove, wood for the winter months, etc. Most of the women you see in these short documentaries are physically broken and in dire need of medical assistance. Most have children whose education you can support to give them a chance of a better future than what their mothers lived through. If you would like to assist the individual women profiled in the videos on this website, state their names and how you would like your funds to be used (i.e. “The Price of Sex” project, JENEA). Suggestions for how funds might be used:

• Medical care and rehabilitation
• Job training
• School fees for children featured in
  the documentaries

Contribute to Mimi Chakarova's investigative reporting project: 

Funds donated here will support Chakarova's last trip in this seven-year project to interview sex trafficked women in Eastern Europe and her last undercover investigation into the brothels and clubs that house them. Funds will also support the next step of the project, which is to produce a full length documentary to tell the stories of women who have survived sex trafficking, examine the factors that drive them to leave their families for jobs, and expose the international network of traffickers, pimps and clients.
